Online Water Quality Analysers

Continuous, multi-parameter monitoring for treatment plants, rivers and groundwater

Real-time analysers that sit inline or in a bypass sample chamber and report continuously to a local panel or a remote dashboard — built for sewage and effluent treatment plants, drinking water works, and surface or groundwater monitoring stations. Modular sensor slots mean the parameter set is configured per site, with auto-cleaning probes and data logging to reduce field visits.

Two configurations cover almost every abstraction or discharge point we're asked to meter.

Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EFM)

Full bore, closed-pipe measurement for tube wells, pumping mains and process lines. No moving parts to wear or jam, bi-directional measurement, and a pulse/4-20mA or telemetry output suited to tube-well and groundwater-extraction reporting.

Open-Channel Flow Monitoring

Non-contact ultrasonic or radar level sensing over a flume or weir, for canals, irrigation channels and open effluent drains where a closed pipe isn't an option — velocity-area computation with logged, telemetry-ready totals.

SPM Analyser — Stack Emission Monitoring

Our own certified sensor, sold and supported under the Bhawani name

Unlike our white-label water instruments, the SPM (Suspended Particulate Matter) analyser carries NPL-certified sensing under the Bhawani Water Solution brand — it is the one product in our range we manufacture and certify ourselves. It continuously measures particulate concentration in stack / flue-gas emissions and forms the core sensor of a CEMS installation reporting to CPCB / SPCB OCEMS servers.
